RNA or DNA Quality Analysis: RNA or DNA quantity and quality analysis using the Agilent TapeStation.
Description of Service: The 2200 Agilent TapeStation is a desktop instrument and computer software that allows the analysis of quantity, quality and integrity of RNA, DNA, and proteins. The Biobank can analyze DNA or RNA provided by a researcher or isolated from biobank-provided samples. Service includes comprehensive reports with RIN score (for RNA).
